Believe it or not, a staggering 32 Halo novels have been published over the past several decades, and that list will grow even longer on February 18 with the release of Halo: Empty Throne. The novel will cover events set before the most recent game in the franchise, Halo Infinite, as the UNSC military prepares to attack Zeta Halo. Preorders for Halo: Empty Throne are now available for $20 at Amazon, and it’s worth picking up if you’re interested in learning more about this chapter of the Halo universe.

The 488-page hardcover volume covers the “many characters, worlds, and technologies” of the Halo series, along with hundreds of illustrations, including never-before-seen artwork from throughout the series.
